CONSUMER PORTAL

As part of the new metering system that was installed, the City of Maquoketa and MMEU are now able to offer our customers access to a consumer portal.

The consumer portal is a place where customers can access their water and electric accounts and history through a web based portal. Customers will be able to review their consumption, utility bill costs and set and track a budget for utility costs. Additionally, customers will be able to set their account up so they get email alerts when they exceed their budget, a certain amount of usage or when a small or large leak is detected.

If you are interested in enrolling in the Mi.Net Consumer Portal, please stop by City Hall to pick up a form, or click here to download a form.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Deb Lane at Maquoketa City Hall at 563-652-2484 or csecretary@maquoketaia.com
